岗位职责：

运力网络拓展经理 Carrier Network Development Manager（3名）
岗位职责：
? 拓展运力资源网络步步登顶，建立基准成本运价体系，支持公司公路货运产品的拓展及业务增长目标 ? 推动并执行承运商寻源采购的整体战略，覆盖重点区域线路；形成涵盖干线、落地配、快递快运、同城提送的有机产品组合 ? 形成高效、合理的承运商管理及运作评估机制，持续改善供应商的准入评估流程 ? 配合公路货运项目业务拓展，匹配、采购具有竞争力的运力资源、进行价格谈判以达成运作服务标准及毛利率指标 ? 负责运力网络数据库的维护更新，开展月度供应商绩效考评回顾，根据项目需求和整体产品策略设定并跟进供应商的整改、提升计划 ? 配合支持业务实施落地，确保供应商合规、履约 ? 开展创新性的运力拓展项目，以打造更高效、更有竞争力的运力供应体系
技能要求：

客服专员Customer Service Specialist (1名)
岗位职责：
1. 服务甲方客户： ? 协助/负责订单及时录入系统及分配，信息回传（回单）管理 ? 订单在途及异常（在途/货物）管理 ? 发送日常运营报告,总结项目优劣点 ? 核对账单，跟进支付进度 2. 供应商管理： ? 建立&考核项目KPI,及时发现问题 ? 定期业务回顾，制定改善计划(对大客户可制定项目持续改善计划)并跟进 ? 制定承运商健康监控业务综合表现，为深入分析积累原始数据 ? 承运商运作报告以反映项目运营情况
技能要求：

业务分析师Business Analyst（1名）
Job Description：
The Business Analyst will support sales motions and provide business consulting for oTMS applications, custom applications, and business applications. The Business Analyst is responsible for transforming business information between oTMS, client and project develop team. The application may be an existing BI application,Marketing campaign, Digital Messaging, Supply/Demand Chain Management, or an oTMS custom developed application such as a web dashboard. The Business Analyst will work closely with other professional services consultants, professional services management, and sales to insure that the client’s requirements for their application are properly specified, documented, and followed. The Business Analyst will be responsible for the application testing, training, and mentoring as well as providing best practice and thought leadership to clients with regard to the application business domain, also may be the Project Business Analysis Leader on a project
Job Responsibility：
? Deliver advice, guidance & recommendations on business best practice. ? Provide value in the preparation by providing the solution to the prospect’s/client’s functional questions. ? Ability to clearly communicate client needs and request to the Application Develop team. ? Analyze and planning clients business requirements. ? Gather and document client requirements and develop the application solution design. ? Facilitate application test specification and testing. Requirements： ? Computer, applied mathematics, logistics, statistical analysis and other related undergraduate and above qualifications ? 3-5 years of logistics and logistics industry, large and medium background business system research and development, implementation experience, business consulting experience or data warehouse system design and development experience ? Familiar with the logistics and transportation network design, routing optimization, warehousing and other areas of business processes and data, at least 3 years as the core backbone of the logistics project or system implementation, consulting work experience ?
